Good start on forwarding the transcript to tmarvhive.  As you have probably 
noticed by now,
Rick had already sent this transcript to tmarchive.  What you will have to 
do is after a transcript is posted to a list, is wait about a day and see 
if you receive it from tmarchive, if not, then you can forward it to 
tmarchive.  Rick is one person who usually posts his transcripts to 
tmarchive.  You can personally ask posters of transcripts to also post them 
to tmarchive in the future, which  will save you some work.
