*	Lantarnek:  Happy am I to be with you again.  It has been very rewarding
to be in attendance, to
observe your retreat, to witness your focus on things spiritual, to go
through your daily episodes and
observe how you have dealt with your decisions, the opportunities that were
presented to you.  These
recreational complications provide a revelation of pattern in how you as
personalities face both
opportunity and difficulty that play themselves out with similarity in even
more complex situations in your
ongoing life.
	I am a rather busy individual, and so I don't often spend this quantity of
time with particular
individuals.  This assignment has proved very rewarding, for I have grown to
understand you that much
better, and this understanding has increased the love I already felt for
you.  We are not yet finished, for
you have still before you a conclave of kindred spirits who will also bring
you upliftment and in your
commingling will provide an exchange which will foster growth in all involved.
	I have underscored your position as ambassadors, and I know this has lead
to some careful
reflection on your part and re-evaluation as to your worthiness and what
value you may provide in such a
designation.  Remember that simple truth:  that the first will be last and
the last will be first.  These titles
that are bestowed upon you are to be viewed in an inverse manner.  To be an
ambassador of Michael does
not mean that you are elevated above others, but that you are in a position
to be a servant, the one who is
keen toward the needs of others and willing to set aside your own personal
agenda in order to minister.
	This first/last and last/first principle incorporates the understanding
that your are never to be
sacrificing of yourself to detriment, for in this ministry your are uplifted
in your own right.  You are
receiving the flow of spirit ministry from above as it passes through you
toward another, and thereby you
benefit greatly.  You are uplifted, and your own goals and motives are enhanced.
	You have taken much fellowship in recent days both in a large gathering and
subsequently in a
more intimate association, the four of you.  Reflect upon these experiences.
Make these reflections
available to your friends in the few short days ahead.
	The significance of supreme experience is that you learn to chose and
express what you
understand to be your highest values at any given point in your spiritual
maturity.  Never regret for one
moment your expression at any point in your path of growth, for at that
point in time you were expressing
yourself  to the best of your abilities.  This expression lead you to
increased awareness; [it] may have
adjusted your viewpoint and corrected some actions, but these actions have
become contributors to better
expressions.  They are building blocks, not mistakes.
	You may define love as living out volitional experience.  It is your choice
to love.  It is your
decision how you will experience.  It is wholly up to you to choose the
manner in which you will express. 
The Supreme depends on your creative input.  No one is a pawn in the machine.
	Every one of us is privileged with this freedom of expression, and as we
come to comprehend the
goodness of God we are further empowered with greater creative freedom.
When oriented by the
revelation of truth the boundaries of expression enlarge.  When a young soul
begins its spiritual journey
there are many factors which constrain it such that it may be nurtured in a
healthy way and learn and
grow in strength to better choose and select the higher values that will
propel this young soul into
experiences that beforehand would have been precarious.
	Your diligence at discerning truth, your devotion to the will of the
Father, predisposes you toward
increased expansion of creative expression.  Imagine a caged bird that has
never been allowed release
from this cage.  Upon opening the door it may fly and never return.  Now
imagine some of your species of
birds who are able to be trained.  These creatures can be released from
their confines, experience the
freedom of flight, and will return to their home.  They have understood
their relationship with their
master.  They have a freedom that results from obedience.
	This is an illustration of a principle that applies to spiritual
attainment.  The greater your
understanding of your position before God, your Creator, the broader the
arena of soul experience that is
before you.  The limitations of soul experience are for the safety of the
personality.  With the attainment of
an enlightened understanding your horizons broaden.
	Such activities as you have engaged yourself in these past weeks and the
one upcoming all
contribute to establishing a strong foundation for facing the vicissitudes
of life.  Too few upon your world
take time to strengthen themselves in this manner and prepare themselves for
the hardships that come
along.  As valuable as the daily stillness is to the health of the soul,
likewise, are these times that you are
experiencing as valuable to your spiritual well-being.
	I honor you for your pursuit.  I express great care for your continued
upliftment.  I know you each
search your souls and find shortcoming that you wish you could instantly
eliminate, but that would
deprive you of  the adventure of time, if you were so able to instantly wipe
them from your being.
	Difficulties on a spiritual level are like exercise on a physical level.
They strengthen you.  It is in
the repeated effort that you grow stronger, and eventually they are
surmounted, but it is not through an
instantaneous wiping free of these difficulties that you become strong.  It
is through diligent effort.  It all
hinges on your free will and the continued application of your will.  To
chose to overcome a difficulty is
the first step.  To continually choose to overcome your difficulty is what
will bring solution.  The answer
may be apparent at the start, but it is in effecting and actualizing that
answer that you will actually
accomplish that result, and this takes time and persistence.
	In the morontia view any solution is not as important as the development of
this persistence, for
one difficulty will replace itself with another world upon world and age
upon age, but the ability to
approach it, handle it, and accomplish it will be ever applicable time upon
time upon time.
	Thank you for welcoming me every evening these few days.  I witness in you
a harmony that I
would love to see existent upon all on this world.  I hope that I have been
of assistance.  I trust the
methods of Michael that our exchanges have been for your benefit.  Do you
have words for me at this
time?
	Jael:  I am honored that you took the time to be with us.  I appreciate all
your input.  I will review
it and expect to grow from it.
*	Lantarnek:  I experience your love and appreciation, and I return that to
you equally.
	Jada:  It certainly has been worthwhile. Call it food for thought.  A lot
of it needs to be digested. 
It certainly energized us on our way.
*	Lantarnek:  It pleases me that this has been valuable to you.  Jonathan
has wondered what I am
up to over the time when we are not meeting as we are now.  I am taking
extensive notes because there are
many lessons in the future that may be presented to you for your benefit.
It is in what you might call my
research in the field that I draw up my lessons for the times ahead.
	In your days go forward always remembering that Michael is present, not to
scrutinize your
actions or to judge your decisions, but to assist you and to uplift you.
Your are in partnership with him. 
He is the wind in your sails, not the storm that would wreck you should you
sail in the wrong directions. 
This benevolence of our Creator Son is free for all.  It is practically
impossible for me to convey how deep
this life is.  You have an inkling for I detect in each of you a passion for
him and for the Father that he
reveals to you and for the reality of this Father that dwells within you.
Always draw from this well of
inspiration and comfort and care.
	Before I take my leave I let you know that it is in my approval that you
share this contact with
those you deem it appropriate to do so.  I express these meanings to you,
but I am aware of your larger
family, and feel them as appropriate to be addressed to them, for it is in
the exchange of these experiences
that all are uplifted.
	Go now to your rest and be at peace. Good night.
