             Forgiveness.

Prayer: Larry: Dear Father thank you for creating us.  Thank you for all of 
the blessings that you have bestowed on us.  We are so thankful and 
grateful for this day, for our family and our friends.  We pray for peace 
in the world and that Your will be done by all of your Sons and Daughter on 
Urantia. Thank you for the Correcting Time and the healing that is going on 
all over the world.  Thank you Father we love you. Amen.

JarEl: TR, George.  Good evening, it is I, your teacher, JarEl.  It is good 
to be among my friends once again.  Most of you already realize this, but 
some of you are coming to understand that a moment in life is a precious 
gift in which the Universe has allowed you the time to continue in this 
world.  So every moment must be cherished and enjoyed.  There should be no 
regrets over wasted efforts, move forward and live for today.  Your health 
is an important topic and we understand that many of you view a healthy 
life as happiness.  Some, despite illness, have found happiness and 
love.  So regardless of what state of health you may be in, you can always 
find joy and happiness in your life.  This quality will allow you to live a 
more meaningful life.

Eventually when die you will arrive on the Mansion Worlds and your pain 
will be no more, no longer will you feel the pains of the flesh.  There is 
something to be said about living a mortal life.  For it is your beginning, 
it is where you start your eternal career and long after you will cherish 
those moments of your life here on this planet.  There should not be any 
regret, there should not be any doubt as to how you should have lived your 
life.  All that has happened has happened to you, what is about to happen 
is up to you.  There are many choices that you can make in your life at 
this moment.  There are many directions that you can guide your soul 
to.  All these paths take you on an entirely different route and these 
routes can change you.  They can change you so much that your friends will 
not recognize you at the end of your trip.

You lose your identity only when you fail to anchor yourself to the First 
Source and Center.  Your personality can lose its integrity only when you 
don't supply yourself with the love of God.  So wherever you go, whatever 
path you may take, know that God is with you and He will guide you out of 
the darkness that you may have fallen into.  For God is a shining light 
that shall always remain bright.  What brighter source can you find in your 
Universe?  None can compare to His brilliance and excellence.  None can 
hope to ever amount to the wholeness He is.  So if you search for guidance, 
if you search for light, search for the True Source and Center who provides 
light to all of His Universes.

It is a manner of choice whether or not you arrive on the Isle of Paradise 
and most of you I know will make that positive choice to continue and one 
day arrive on the shores of Paradise and envelop yourself in the love of 
God.  I have no doubt that all of you will make it, despite all the wrong 
turns you may have made in your life,  despite all of the detours that take 
you down a dark road, despite all the mistakes that you are bound to 
make,  despite all of the people you may happen to hurt, you will arrive on 
the shores of Paradise.  You will have learned the lessons of time and you 
will mature from imperfection to perfection.  For all of the mistakes you 
may make will teach you much.  For all the people you hurt, you shall 
apologize to millions and love them.  For it is about loving oneself 
ultimately, for accepting oneself means that you accept all others for who 
they are.  For one day we shall all be as one in God.  One day we shall all 
join in the grand finale of God the Supreme.  There are choices you can 
make, there are paths that you can travel, but the one constant that you 
shall find in your life is the Truth of God.  For there is no falsehood in 
our Father and He is consistent and true.  He never fails us, He is a 
guiding light for each of us.  He is the ultimate salvation for our 
personalities and our souls.  God is the ultimate redeemer of each of us 
and He is our ultimate friend.

Are there any questions?

Stella:  Well, I have a question, something that has been bothering me.  In 
the Lord's prayer it says "forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those 
who trespass against us."  Well, forgiving our trespasses, I think God will 
do that, but what are we to do in the case of those people who have 
exploited, killed, raped and tortured people?  Are we to forgive them 
also?  And those in our government who have failed to help the people as 
they should have?  How does forgiveness go?

JarEl: TR, George.  To the depths of eternity, forgiveness is a quality 
which you find yourself in.  Forgiveness is a quality of God.  Forgiveness 
is the personality of Michael and God.  Forgiving others for whatever 
trespasses they may have done against you shows your in-depth understanding 
of human personality.  Forgiving those who have wronged you means that you 
are able to look into the far distant future and one day see that person as 
your brother.

Stella:  Well, I'm not so concerned about people who hurt me, I am 
concerned about other people who have been wronged.  As for me, I have not 
had that many people wrong me, but I see millions being wronged throughout 
the world.  Do I forgive, forget or work to change it?

JarEl: TR, George.  There are many ways in which you can deal with these 
types of situations and as a society one hopes they do take measures to 
eliminate all wrong doing.  But there is freewill in human beings and that 
freewill is also exercised by many who wish to do harm.  As an individual 
you may come to forgive each wrong doer, but as a society, society much 
create rules and regulations with govern how people are supposed to 
act.  And if these laws are broken as a society you may choose in which 
manner law-breakers are dealt with.  So it is really a problem that has to 
be dealt with by society.

It is not a question whether you forgive or not forgive, it is more a 
question of what you are willing to do to change this.  Because ultimately 
you can forgive everyone who has ever wronged you, but if you do not change 
this sort of attitude it will continue on until society puts a stop to it 
or until you mature enough to respect one another and do no wrong to 
others.  But you are a long ways from that and therefore your laws are 
important for you to remain civilized.  It is indeed sad when you put trust 
in your own government and that government does not react on your 
behalf.  So the question is what are you willing to do?  Not whether or not 
you will forgive; or not whether or not you should forgive?

It is also important to look on the positive side of humanity.  To look on 
all the good that people do in this world, for there are indeed a great 
many people who do tremendous good for the entire world.  Help those 
people, support them and honor them for they are your greatest 
legacy.  Calling attention to all the wrong-doers in this world only adds 
fuel to the fires of evil.  You then spend too much time worrying about all 
the bad people in the world and this takes you away from focusing on all 
the good people in your life.  That is not to say that you should not do 
something to change this world for the better.  You should always do this, 
for you should lead by example.  You should be an example to the rest of 
humanity so they may see how you live and how you treat others.  Forgive me 
if I am not more specific.
