What is attached is a protected, locked, PDF that is to be given to anyone and everyone worldwide.  Please note that the copyright is intact, but allows for full forwarding, copying, etc with the proviso of doing so as a whole document.  It is meant to be shared and eventually used.  What is missing, and on hand, are all of the organizational developmental plans for initiating the actual development of what is proposed in the document.  Such a proposal is not intended for local community development, but as a national-global development that could be put into place and fully operational in approximately 12-24 months at a cost of $30-90 million for the full 6 year project,  .in 11 languages.  

 

You invited to share/forward this with whomever you wish.  Surely it is timely when we see the condition of the political campaigns for 2016.  

 

I am sharing this with you now before communities and societies will need to reconstruct their communities and societies and not have a plan to do so.  The fundamental question will be this:  Do we rebuild the old paradigm of our government and societies, or do we create a solution that includes the 99%?
