114:7.13 (The cosmic reserve corps of universe-conscious citizens on
Urantia now numbers over one thousand mortals whose insight of cosmic
citizenship far transcends the sphere of their terrestrial abode, but
I am forbidden to reveal the real nature of the function of this
unique group of living human beings.)

NOTE: The slow-growing  'CCUCC' currently is comprised of almost 3,000
mortals, while the 'mortal r-cod' is currently well over 100,000
mortals and rapidly growing.

111:6.4 The spirit can dominate mind; so mind can control energy. But
mind can control energy only through its own intelligent manipulation
of the metamorphic potentials inherent in the mathematical level of
the causes and effects of the physical domains. Creature mind does not
inherently control energy; that is a Deity prerogative. But creature
mind can and does manipulate energy just in so far as it has become
master of the energy secrets of the physical universe.

111:6.5 When man wishes to modify physical reality, be it himself or
his environment, he succeeds to the extent that he has discovered the
ways and means of controlling matter and directing energy. Unaided
mind is impotent to influence anything material save its own physical
mechanism, with which it is inescapably linked. But through the
intelligent use of the body mechanism, mind can create other
mechanisms, even energy relationships and living relationships, by the
utilization of which this mind can increasingly control and even
dominate its physical level in the universe.

Consider the ffollowing:


1) 'Primordial Energy' or what I call 'universal-Energy', comes
directly 'out' from Paradise, always working its way back to Paradise;
'
2)  'Eternal Son Energy'.... comes directly from the Eternal Son;

3)  'Infinite Spirit Energy'....comes directly from the Infinite Spirit;

Then there is also the 'Eternal Son Gravity', which allows us to truly
be 'spiritual magnets' (and so much more).

This 'Eternal Son Gravity' is 'mixed'/'combined' with the three (3)
'Energies' listed above.

Then they all together must be 'brought in' ('captured'and 'claimed'),
'circulated' 'generated' 're-mixed/'re-combined' 'and later
'manipulated'/'transformed' in order to allow one to bring into
manifestation/actualization their desire/ideal/intention focused upon.

As these three (3) 'Energies' and 'Gravity' are 'brought in' and
continuously 'circulated',  'mixed'/'combined', 'generated' and also
'stored within' (one can also learn to utilize techniques/methods used
for 'elimination').... one must learn to then 'mix' all of these with
the unalterable, non-manipulatable 'Energy' which radiates out from
their TA/TC, within. This is what I call 'God-Energy'.

What I share just above is extremely basic and simple.... with much
consistent practice demanded.

And THEN, of course.... there is that requisite, critical, vital,
'Unifying Power-Force'.......dynamic, applied LOVE.... that all the
above must be further '/mixed'/'combined' with

As we become true, effective 'masters of manifestation' and expertly
learn to utilize new 'universe principles', glorifying God and gifting
URANTIA and her great-great grand-grandmother all the way, as we move
on.......
