<DIV>Dear TM'ers</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Tmarchives has been requested by Rayson (celestial teacher representing
Monjoronson's interests in communication and development) to add a Frequently
Asked Question (FAQ) item to the existing category. The question we are to
ask is: How Do We Contact Teaching Mission Groups?"</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I have taken on the assignment, and my natural inclination is to use the
Teaching Mission Directory as a source to bring that answer to
paper with factual data. However, I am informed that the Directory is
to be used as an internal document only. The need and the policy do not
allow disclosure to the public as we need to do.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>My request to this list, and to the teaching mission in general, is to find
a solution to present a means to publish this data. The teaching mission
has out grown it shyness from being new and unsure to much more. We have
been asked to share what we know with information which the public needs to
know. Not all the public will catch on to our affiliation with a major
revelation, but they may catch on to the fact we have something that helps in
their circumstance.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Here are some questions I have I would very much like to hear discussed
and some consensus reached:</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>1) Can we have persons designated within groups who would direct inquiries
to those asking about how to contact them?</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>2) How much may I disclose? Can I disclose the name of the
group? How much more? What about groups that do not answer this
request? May I assume they do not care one way or the other and list
them?</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>3) Centralization for contact is not likely a good idea all by itself, but
it can be used in conjunction with group contact individuals - that is,
cover both bases to insure attention to inquiries. I would like to use the
Association for Light and Life as the centralized designation, but on what way
shall I use the group designations?</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>4) There are individuals instead of groups who T/R? They should be
listed/designated as part of the teaching mission resources and open to
inquiries where not pre-existing groups may be found. Will these people
come forward for identification so I may include them?</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>5) I would like to list the TELECONFERENCE activity. To whom should I
address this to and what is possible from people dialing in from South America,
Europe, Japan, etc? What information may I disclose regarding this
activity?</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>The easiest thing I can do is publish the Directory with personal
information left off. Maybe we can start there in this discussion and work
our way into the other concerns I have listed above.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Thanks for your thoughts.</DIV>
