<p><font size="+1">Sunday, January 23, 2005</font></p>
<p><font size="+1">Ham: Greetings, children, I am Ham and I am glad to
have this time with you this evening. This time is one in which you are
each growing and taking steps which lead into areas of growth and times
of instability, but your direction is constant and secure. You have
each made decisions affecting direction, but you are wholly unconscious
of the great unconscious growth and work taking place within you. Even
during sleep, your decisions and your conscious awareness of
unconscious development gives you strength and resolve of purpose. Each
of you may feel periods of depression, periods of unsettling
disturbances within, but you must know that through this process you
are being prepared for future work. </font></p>
<p><font size="+1">Each of you is learning to release old feelings,
wounds, and scars of the past and instead you are learning new ways to
accept your deepest emotions and to be unified from your depths to your
heights for always is the soul struggling for unity. Once you have that
unity, you less apt to be shaken by external events and ever more apt
to remain steadfast in the face of those swirling uncertainties that
surround you every day. </font></p>
<p><font size="+1">As you accept the tasks and the burdens the Master
places in your hands, never does he leave you alone with these things.
Always is his spirit connected with yours and his guidance is strong
and sure so that you will not be alone in any decision making, you will
be upheld rather as you decide your steps together. As you walk forward
simply be conscious of grasping the Master’s hand and allowing his
voice to speak to your hearts. Do this with full faith and trust as a
child trusts in his loving father, just with that simplicity, with that
openness. </font></p>
<p><font size="+1">None of you is alone any more, neither in your
consciousness nor in the dark places in your hearts, for now you are
embraced, saved, redeemed, and made anew. Take no step backward, rather
trust in his guidance as you move forward. Those times when you are
frightened or off balance in some way, these are brief experiences that
serve only to strengthen you more. Hardship will come, but it will not
be so difficult that you cannot overcome it. You will be tempered, you
will be made straight in your souls, you will be strengthened, added
to, and refashioned into the people God intends you to be. As you
accept this process, you accept the path he has laid before you as
well. The Master’s peace will cover your hearts and you will be calm
and fully prepared as you tackle each new task so long as you trust and
so long as you are willing to be led as a child. </font></p>
<p><font size="+1">Rejoice then and be at ease. The big decisions are
the spiritual ones. The big movement is in the spirit. The light of
truth my friends will shine through you and you will be reflections of
the master’s love in all you do. Each of you must reflect the Master’s
love, but you must also accept his love for yourselves. You must be
unafraid to love yourselves as he loves you. You must be fully open to
the Master’s great love in all ways so that you do not think you can
bestow the Master’s love without first fully receiving it. You must
accept his loving presence within you, and you must accept his help as
he begins to remake your inner soul and to lift you into a light more
to his liking. His purpose is to make you his human lights, to make you
his not his instruments but his children so that when others see you
their souls know, there goes a child of God. Let all your fears
dissolve in this love. </font></p>
<p><font size="+1">The way may be rocky, but it is not impossible.
Trust my children, trust and then trust some more. When you are
despairing, trust. When you are rejoicing, trust. And then rest in
perfect peace, for you will have Divine assurance as to your way.</font></p>
<p><font size="+1"> </font></p>
<p><font size="+1">Q: It seems to me in the past few months you have
returning to topics presented in the past rather than giving us a lot
of new material. Is this a correct perception on my part?</font></p>
<p><font size="+1">Ham: Yes. It often is the case that material must be
presented many times and received many times before you begin to get a
real experiential understanding of my words. You may read the Urantia
Book many times, for example, and understand it differently at each
reading because you have grown, your awareness has broadened, your
comprehension has deepened. Each step we help you with in the spirit is
similar to your previous steps for it is all a process of gradually
relinquishing your selfishness and taking up the yoke the Master is
placing upon you. Each cycle repeats a similar process as you move from
one level to the next, from one level of spiritual cognizance and
awareness to one that is broader. So even though your spiritual
development increases, the process of going from one step to another is
pretty much the same. </font></p>
<p><font size="+1">Q: I that how people can come into this process at
very different starting levels and each of us gets something out of it?</font></p>
<p><font size="+1">Ham: Exactly. </font></p>
<p><font size="+1">Q: Jim asked if he might have some of your guidance.
</font></p>
<p><font size="+1">Ham: Yes my son, of course. You are still in the
process of recovering your balance and as you do this you may have many
times of off balance days when you feel you can’t continue and yet you
must. My son, things will get better. You will find your way forward
and it is correct to be focused on yourself, but it also important to
get out of yourself as well and to focus on others. You must take steps
for your health, of course, but you must also seek the spiritual
welfare of others and seek to be a source of divine help for them. The
Master’s words can flow through you as they flow through many human
beings. You must be open to allowing this and you must be open to
serving Christ Michael in all the little ways he may ask you to serve.
Open your heart to him and he will give you what you need and show you
where to go. </font></p>
<p><font size="+1">Q: Do you have anything for Rebecca?</font></p>
<p><font size="+1">Ham: Yes, my daughter, do not worry nor let your
heart be troubled. You will be given many opportunities. You will be
given much to give others. The Master himself has secured you for his
cause. He will give you the path to walk in. You, my dear, need only be
a child and to walk with grace and dignity in the goodly paths he has
prepared. Seek my dear and you will find. Be open to his word and he
will give his word for you to speak. Have great faith my children. Both
of you will be given your pathways together. </font></p>
<p><font size="+1">Q: Jarad?</font></p>
<p><font size="+1">Ham: Jarad my son, be at peace for you will also
have everything needful at this time. Perhaps you will find those
lessons of true humility that you seek. Have courage moving forward and
do not fail in your gratitude at any point. Rather, rejoice with the
Master as you walk in his pathways and as you watch out for my little
daughter as well. Rejoice in your love for each other. Rejoice in your
pathway together and rejoice that you were blind and now you see. Let
gratitude envelope your mind and soul as you make your way forward in
happiness and love. </font></p>
<p><font size="+1">My friends, you are both fulfilling the Master’s
wishes for you. Continue to seek humility. Continue to accept each task
one by one. You are doing just fine. </font></p>
<p><font size="+1">Q: Could I have a message please Ham?</font></p>
<p><font size="+1">Ham: Certainly my son, you do very well. You are
also being led into areas that are new and different. You are being
given little tasks the Master would have you perform, little acts of
kindness, little steps of encouragement, things like that. Learn to
recognize these things and to value the opportunity it affords. Each
positive step toward God creates manifestations and reverberations
unknown and unseen. But, like the wind, you may see its effects and you
must learn to see these signs and to welcome them. Have peace my son,
you are doing very well. </font></p>
<p><font size="+1">Q: Do you have a personal message for Billy Don?</font></p>
<p><font size="+1">Ham: Yes. My son, you do well. This is a long
process, but you have embarked upon the way. There is no turning back
now. There is no changing of your resolve for you have come before
Christ in supplication and he has heard your prayers. As you choose
him, so does he choose you. As you love him, so he loves you. As you
trust him, so does he trust you. My son, you will not have any trouble
believing. You will not have any lack of faith. Recognize that as you
accept the Master’s love you accept your place in his world, in his
universe. As you dedicate your life to his service, you dedicate
everything you are and will be to everything that is good, beautiful
and true. All that was is and will be is on your side. Take up your
cross then and walk with him. Look not to the right nor to the left,
but focus on the path he has set before you. Have peace my son, you are
doing just fine.</font></p>
<p><font size="+1">Q: Do you have a personal message for Catherine?</font></p>
<p><font size="+1">Ham: Certainly my daughter, find peace in your soul
even while you have the work and the worry of an active life to deal
with. Take time to commune with the spirit living within you every day.
A daily prayer, an affirmation, something that allows you to release
your cares and to accept what the Master would give you. In all things
my daughter faith and trust are your touchstones. Have courage my dear,
you are doing just fine. </font></p>
<p><font size="+1">Q: Do you have a personal message for Charlie B?</font></p>
<p><font size="+1">Ham: Of course, my son, you do just fine. Have
perfect peace. You must learn to relax, to find peace within that
carries you forward. Do not feel that you are ever in any way separated
from God’s spirit. But, you must always remember that loving God is
your first duty and this love will lead you into all of his service.
Service does not lead you to his love. </font></p>
<p><font size="+1">Q: Ham, do you have anything to say that would be
helpful to Z?</font></p>
<p><font size="+1">Ham: Certainly, my dear. We are old friends and it
would please me greatly to be of service to my beautiful daughter. My
dear, you may feel separated from God’s spirit, but you are not. You
may feel above the need for him, but you are not. Always remember, the
Father’s love seeks his broken children. And you are one invited to the
wedding feast and yet you feel yourself worthy only of crumbs and so
you hesitate to partake of the feast. But my daughter, you are
welcomed. The very heavens rejoice that you should even perceive your
welcome. The old God of childhood is giving way now and it is right and
good that this menacing figure should die in your consciousness. But it
also right and good that you should begin to perceive your true
spiritual father reaching for you through the mists of your unconscious
mind. He will not leave you, though at times you may feel a separation,
this is not a reality. Reach out in sincerity and helplessness and in
forgiveness. In this way, you will know the truth. Fear not, you are
much stronger than you think you are. And yet, you are also weaker than
you think you are as well. Be at ease my dear. All will be well.</font></p>
<p><font size="+1">Q: Do you have any feedback for me this week Ham?</font></p>
<p><font size="+1">Ham: Yes my son, you are always making progress.
Remember to be open to those tiny internal prodding’s of the spirit.
Old patterns are hard to break and sometimes you can allow yourself to
be drawn into a pattern of ease rather than having that openness of
spirit that will allow you to alter that pattern. So, be open, my son,
open. Life is change. Don’t worry about what should be rather accept
what is then take it from there. Find your faith increasing as your
contact in the spirit increases. Be at peace in all you do. All is
well. </font></p>
<p><font size="+1">Very well then, my children, you are all doing very,
very well. Have peace, your way will open. Until next week my love and
prayers go with you. Farewell.</font> </p>
