follow the Father’s will becomes stronger. It seems that anything less than
following the will of Father is unsatisfactory, unfulfilling. As you gain more
experience on this world in the flesh, challenges of all kinds are more tempting
to undertake. After all this mortal life is only the
beginning.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

action. Your dedication to this purpose of Michael’s is inspirational to those
who hope for a new and better age of Urantia. Last week we discussed overcoming
resentments and becoming better instead of bitter. With that I leave you to my

with you. I enjoy this branch of my family tree. Abraham has asked me to speak
on resentment and I feel my experience in that area has given me the ability to
do so.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt; COLOR: black"><o:p> </o:p></SPAN></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt; COLOR: black">As you all know, I experienced quite
traumatic events during my sojourn in the flesh. My family was tragically killed
and taken from me. Certainly was I resentful and quite embittered. Of course, I
was angry with Father--asking ‘why me? What had I done to deserve such
heartache?’ My unwillingness to be open for spiritual direction had led me to
the brink of insanity. I took this loss personally, even though it was simply an
accident of time. While time appeared to be my enemy, it was definitely needed
to chip away at my hardened heart and mind.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt; COLOR: black"><o:p> </o:p></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt; COLOR: black">There are stages of grief, levels of
healing advancement in spiritual understanding. There are also challenges in
mastering self. In my pain I was brought to complete surrender and this had
caused me to look God-ward and indeed was He looking back. I was given the
understanding that not all was lost. My memories of my family were valuable and
they continued to live on.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt; COLOR: black"><o:p> </o:p></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt; COLOR: black">I had a great deal of anger toward the
person that had played a part in the cause of the accident. I was given the
understanding that this accident was not intentional by any means and this
individual also suffered, therefore forgiveness was in sight. Forgiveness played
a huge role in my overcoming resentment, but forgiveness did not come before
understanding.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt; COLOR: black"><o:p> </o:p></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt; COLOR: black">My surrendering had caused me to open my
heart and mind, which literally reconnected my damaged circuits and from that
understanding flowed freely. It was not without a great deal of time that had
brought me healing and back to living a purposeful life. This event in time has
been the most painful for me and Father, and only Father, brought about an
ultimate good. Yes, I was able to reunite with my loved ones. We keep close
contact.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt; COLOR: black"><o:p> </o:p></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt; COLOR: black">I believe that to strive to live your
ultimate faith keeps those mindal circuits connected with spirit and even though
tragedy may occur, your connection is what will bring understanding, forgiveness
and meaning. With Father’s help I overcame the bitterness and He helped me go on
to create a purposeful life. All was not lost, it was just the
beginning.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
