am ABRAHAM. Greetings. I am grateful to be in your family setting this evening.
I thank you for staying the course, focusing on the goals of the
Father’s--instead of personal agenda. I realize every individual has
expectations of what ‘right’ looks like. Of course that differs with each
person. I just wanted to thank you for always having consideration of allowing
Father’s will to become reality.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt">Many times in our spiritual thinking we can become quite
focused on the goal and overlook the small steps it takes to achieve the goal.
This is always a cause for frustration and a loss in personal confidence.
Mortals are impatient. This is to be expected. As we attain self-mastery we can
find our patience levels to increase. For the most part we must strive for
forbearance in our frustrations.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

am MARY. My gratitude is also with you. Year’s back we could not have forecasted
such a future as is here now on Urantia. Many of your worldly events were simple
out-workings of nature. Some were caused by man’s greed and some were simply the
building of negative thoughts released into the cosmic mind. You know thoughts
have power and we should certainly be grateful that Father, in His wisdom, has
even greater power.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt">We
live and learn. What the peoples of Urantia has learned so far has been indeed a
slow ongoing lesson, nevertheless most of civilized society has seen how you
reap what you sow. I think as time moves forward you will find that fear has not
the influence it once did. The more trust you have in those On High, the more
comfort you have within and certainly a stronger link to the cosmic mind or
overall workings of the universe.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt">During this time of year many mortals think about the
woman who gave birth to the child of promise some two thousand years ago, also
named Mary. I think about the great task entrusted to her and her expectations
of what was to come into reality. Certainly this well- intentioned mother of
Jesus did her utmost to bring about what she thought was to come into fruition
in raising this child of promise. Many times Mary’s expectations were dashed
along with her hopes and dreams for her eldest child. She had been known to have
motherly influence over her son in positive and negative ways, but Jesus early
on had made a commitment to stay the course of the Father’s will, even though it
may cause some pain, some heartache.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt">I
do believe after time, Mary, mother of Jesus, had come to grips with her child’s
destiny. It took many years of self- reconciliation to know that she could let
go and trust her son to do what He was destined to do. You can see that Mary had
possibly magnified her importance in this task of raising the man who was to
change the world. This was of course understood and again, another example of
how Father’s tasks are not as difficult as we can build them up in our minds to
be. I was not a mother, but I do understand now how a parent can believe their
child is indeed a reflection of themselves. At some point the parent must let go
and trust that the child has all they will need to make it in the world on their
own.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt">Father understands that you have honorable intentions.
He knows the mortal mind through and through. He condemns it not. This life in
the flesh is simply a short lesson on how to progress to the next phase of our
eternal career. For the most part, Mary, earthly mother to the Master, stayed
the course. She indeed met with some hardships and really had done the best she
could. I admire her strength and know of her struggle to allow Father’s will to
be made manifest. At some point in this life we will all understand her strength
to let go of her expectations, to allow for Father’s plan to become a living
example.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt">I
know you each also have the best of intentions and ask for closeness to the
Father in Heaven. The way you may become close with Father is probably not what
you expect, but certainly will be a self-reconciliation that you will have to
address. This is typical and required so that you may advance, so that you may
become closer to attaining self-mastery. This time of year is also one where
many mortals seek to make resolutions and strive for a better way of living. I
would think that the best resolution one could strive for is to find peace in
letting go and trusting in Father’s wisdom and ability to bring forth what is
supposed to be.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt">This week let us find time to ponder the peace we have
in Father. How wonderful it is to rest in His arms. How rejuvenated we are when
we lean on Him and know that the problem of the world rests not on our
shoulders. That is all for this evening. I am so honored to serve with you and
Abraham in this Correcting Time. Our love goes with you.
Shalom.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P></DIV></BODY></HTML>
