and that he will be a great leader to lead this country and this world

say this to you because, as searchers of light, you bear the
responsibility to bring forth the ideals and ideas that will transform
this country and this world.<span style=""> </span>It is not enough to put your hopes on one man.<span style=""> </span>Each of you has the power within you to transform this world.<span style=""> </span>Much
as it is your responsibility to recognize great leadership in men, it
is also your responsibility to become great leaders as well.<span style=""> </span></font></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><font size="3">There are things that you know that the majority of the world does not.<span style=""> </span>And
because of this it is important that you continue to move forward with
your ideals and ideas and truly transform this world into something
greater, into its full potential, a transformation that will carry it
directly into the Age of Light and Life.<span style=""> </span>Perhaps the <span class="yshortcuts" id="lw_1233508189_4">signs of hope</span> are all around you and perhaps this time seems magical and inspirational.<span style=""> </span>But
let it just be a reminder that many things are possible and life will
not always seem magical and inspirational and it is in those times that
you must continue to move forward and bring the hope to the people,
into the world; the hope of a better day and a better life, the hope of
a new beginning; the hope of the Age of Light and Life.<span style=""> </span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><font size="3"> </font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><font size="3">It is not necessary for you to define this age for them.<span style=""> </span>It is simply enough for you to inspire their dreams and their aspirations that the world will change, the world will get better.<span style=""> </span>Use
this opportunity that is in your hands right now to wash away all the
cynicism and all the doubt, all the hatred and all the fear.<span style=""> </span>Use
this opportunity to move forward and grasp the moment so that the
momentum in your lives continues and inspires others as well. Temper
your enthusiasm for the road ahead is hard.<span style=""> </span>It will be difficult, but it is worthwhile.<span style=""> </span>It is worth all the challenges.<span style=""> </span>It is worth all the setbacks.<span style=""> </span>And it is worth all the disappointments. </font></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><font size="3">When Michael was on this planet, many flocked to him, many believed in him and many had these ideas of who he was going to be.<span style=""> </span>They had great hope that they would be liberated from the bondage of the Roman yoke.<span style=""> </span>Yet all their dreams and aspirations were dashed to pieces at every turn.<span style=""> </span>What Michael brought to this world was greater than the moment.<span style=""> </span>It was not meant to fix a temporal solution.<span style=""> </span>The ideas and ideals that Michael brought to this planet were eternal.<span style=""> </span>Therefore he treated everyone as an eternal being.<span style=""> </span>Therefore he allowed for them to be disappointed in the temporary term for
he knew that it would not benefit them in the eternal point of view.<span style=""> </span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><font size="3"> </font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><font size="3">Such is your task.<span style=""> </span>It is your work that you must do on this planet.<span style=""> </span>You must look at the work that you must do as an eternal work, as something that will last for all the ages of time.<span style=""> </span>And
even in individual lives you must also act in the eternal and you must
try to see what will benefit someone for their entire life.<span style=""> </span>So prepare yourselves to be disappointed and prepare to disappoint others as well.<span style=""> </span>For the work that you do will not always be gladly received, but in the end it will be greatly admired.<span style=""> </span>Much as Michael’s work was greatly admired years after his death.<span style=""> </span></font></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><font size="3">Are there any questions here tonight?</font></p>

spirit of clarification, I would like to answer what I predict would be
a question that will come given this lesson I just gave.<span style=""> </span>And that question would be:<span style=""> </span>What is this work that you talk about?<span style=""> </span>What specific work am I supposed to do?<span style=""> </span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><font size="3"> </font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><font size="3">The work that you do is personal.<span style=""> </span>It is a way of you understanding what needs to be done on this planet.<span style=""> </span>It is of your own making, of your own understanding.<span style=""> </span>It is by observation that you will come to realize what this world needs, which guidance from books, such as <span class="yshortcuts" id="lw_1233508189_5">The Urantia Book</span> and other spiritual books.<span style=""> </span>You can come to a conclusion and realization of what needs to be done and how best you can do it.<span style=""> </span>And this is the work that I speak of.<span style=""> </span>There is no uniform work that must be done.<span style=""> </span>Of course there are generalities, such as poverty, hunger and war.<span style=""> </span>All those things need to be solved, of course.<span style="">
</span>But an individual is hardly expected to solve all these problems.<span style=""> </span>Therefore,
the best you can do is on an individual level, and that is the work
that I speak of, the work that you yourself choose.<span style=""> </span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><font size="3"> </font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><font size="3">And we have all the faith in you to choose well in how you do this work and what type of work you do.<span style=""> </span>Our part in all of this is to support and encourage you and to find you resources when needed.<span style=""> </span>But it is your act, your decision, that ‘gets the ball rolling’ as you say.<span style=""> </span>So it is your choice as to what work you are to do.<span style=""> </span></font></p>
